Founded in November 1999, "Nitori no Keyaki" is a famous restaurant in Sapporo where customers continue to stand in line. This ramen was created under the supervision of the owner with the theme of "ramen as a dish that appeals to the five senses." The thick miso ramen is made by blending three kinds of miso with mild pork fat and fragrant seasoning oil, and adding flavored vegetable paste and dried sardine powder for a deep taste.
