【国分北海道株式会社】ABASHIRI Golden Ale

We brewed this beer using various types of malt, including locally grown Abashiri barley malt and German malt (from Heidelberg), focusing on achieving the right balance of maltiness and a hint of sweetness to give it a refreshing flavor. After repeated trials with various hop varieties, we settled on two types: Simcoe and Citra, which are characterized by a mild aroma and a refreshing bitterness reminiscent of citrus peel.
