Made with Hokkaido soybeans and wheat, this kelp soy sauce combines carefully aged whole soybean soy sauce that brings out the essential flavor of soy sauce, with kelp dashi made with our cauldron boiling method. It draws on the natural flavors of Hokkaido to make everyday ingredients more delicious. Contains 30% less salt than regular dark soy sauce. No chemical seasonings are used. We use a bottle that preserves the flavor for 90 days after opening. Also available in a 200ml size.
