In 1965, the first owner of the restaurant, Ichiro Takahashi, wanted to combine two popular dishes, curry rice and ramen, and came up with Hokkaido Tomakomai Curry Rmen. This ramen has been supervised by the second generation owner, Koichi Takahashi, who continues to preserve the taste of the original. It is the specialty ramen. Noodle: the cold-dried noodle is a slow-aged raw noodle dried without heat so that the delicious flavor of the wheat can be sealed. Soup: the pork-based soup contains balanced portions of several types of spices. The curry ramen soup is medium-spicy, allowing you to tase the delicious flavor despite the spiciness.
