Our smoked salmon is made using high-quality ginse salmon caught by the Ryokichi Maru of Sansui Fishing Industry. These fish are smoked using broad leaf trees from Hitaka, drawing out the unique flavor of the ginse. We also offer a grilled version that has been further caramelized to intensify the taste. Each pack contains 80g of pre-sliced, ready-to-eat portions.
