Our sliced salmon is made using high-quality ginse salmon caught by the Ryokichi Maru of Sansui Fishing Industry. We offer a variety of flavors including salt, miso, saikyo, kasu, and shio-koji. Some of our special flavors are made with Hokkaido soybean miso or mountain pepper miso. Each pack is vacuum-sealed for freshness. The salted version is made in a traditional method, resulting in a savory, sweet-salt flavor.
